The five basic design steps for truly custom bridal rings and jewelry:

1. We will setup a private appointment to discuss your custom piece.  Yes, we have successfully completed many designs via telephone and fax/email with numerous happy clients.   We will help guide you through the entire design process.  As part of your experience with us, you may have access to a combination of fine jewelry magazines, catalogs, sketches or renderings to aid you in coming to your final design decision.

2.  We utilize CAD (computer aided design) allowing us to take a sketch of your design and produce a computer image from several angles.  Adjustments can be made to the virtual CAD model to suit your preferences.  We will provide to you a .PDF file 3D image of your design, allowing you to turn, spin, move and view the design from various angles.  This 3D PDF file/image will help you to view and visualize what the final piece will look like.  At this point, if you would like to change an aspect of the design, it can be cost-effectively altered by us working together with  you.

3.  After you have approved the computer-aided design rendering, a wax model is created.  This model is a very accurate to-scale model of the piece of jewelry and will be used to cast.  Once approved, the wax model is cast in the choice of precious metal (Platinum, Gold, Palladium, Sterling Silver).

4.  Upon casting and quality review of the casting, we then work to hand finish and set the gem stones as designed.
